By women, for women.
Lash Addict Studio started in 2016 in a tiny St. Petersburg room and grew into three studios on the Gulf Coast. Ten years on, it is still what it was on day one: a place women come to feel like themselves, to slow down for an hour, and to get ready for the moments that matter, from an ordinary Tuesday to the biggest days of their lives.
The Founder

Natali came to the United States from Cuba at 18, on her own and not yet speaking English. She learned the language, then the craft, and in 2016 opened the first Lash Addict Studio in a tiny St. Petersburg space with a standard she has never lowered: precise work, real education, and clients who leave feeling cared for.
She built it herself, appointment by appointment, with the kind of determination that does not wait for permission. Ten years later she still trains every artist who joins the team, because the standard only holds if someone is passing it on.
Three Studios
One standard, passed hand to hand.
St. Pete grew fast, and so did the number of artists who wanted to learn from Natali. One of them was Estela. They worked side by side for six months, and by the end Natali had found more than a talented artist, she had found a partner. Together they opened Seminole, our second studio.
Clearwater came in 2024, when Natali set her sights further north and a space fell into her lap that she loved on the spot. Madeline, who started at the front desk in St. Pete, now runs both St. Pete and Clearwater as managing partner. Behind all three studios is a team of women we have cultivated across locations: artists who trained here, teach here, and learn from one another every day. That team is what got us here.

Opportunities for women
Receptionists become lash artists. Lash artists become educators and business partners. Natali built Lash Addict to share success, not keep it, and the sisterhood at the top is proof.

Beauty and self-care as an escape: a calm chair, an artist you trust, and a moment to breathe. Clients leave feeling beautiful, empowered, and relaxed, whether it is a routine touch-up or the morning of a wedding. We get to be part of those moments, and we do not take that lightly.
